Cummings Aerospace has test and project management expertise across munitions development activities to include; Requirement Verification, Test Planning for Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E), Test Readiness Reviews, and the Manufacturing of Test Hardware.  Our Ordnance Engineers design and validate ordnance Insensitive Munition (IM) solutions through Slow Cook-Off (SCO), Fast Cook-Off (FCO), Bullet Impact (BI), and Fragment Impact (FI) testing.  Our Ordnance Engineers experience range from reliability testing of the warhead initiation trains using both Bruceton and Neyer methods to Qualification and Lot Acceptance Testing of munition packages.


Cummings Aerospace’s engineers have integrated and tested aerospace vehicles at integration facilities and test ranges around the world including; White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Reagan Test Site (RTS), and the Eastern Range (ER). Having supported more than 50 DoD flight tests, our test engineers have extensive experience across all phases of ground and flight test execution.
