The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst II candidate will support Quality Management System (QMS) implementation on programs as well as and corporate process monitoring activities. The QA Analyst II will report to the Vice President of Quality Assurance.



  • Support Quality Management System implementation and monitoring
  • Contribute to the improvement of the corporate quality management system
  • Support development of process documentation and training material development
  • Support program and corporate process audits
  • Support product and process peer reviews
  • Support external registration/certification audits and assessments
  • Document and track non-conformances to closure
  • Ensure program and corporate quality records are accurately maintained
  • Perform program specific quality assurance activities
  • Support the Product Owner and/ or team members to ensure contract deliverables are compliant and ready for delivery
  • Function within a fast-paced and evolving product team using the Agile/Scrum process
  • Support other duties as assigned 


Skills and Competencies

  • 2-5 years’ experience in quality management, preferably on DoD programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Math
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Program Management and software development life cycle activities
  • Experience with CMMI and AS9100 Rev D preferred
  • Detail oriented and able to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Security Clearance

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
