The Software Engineering position is a full-time exempt position and will report to the Program Manager.  The individual will design, develop, document, test and debug applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.


  • Determine computer user needs; analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls.
  • Prepare operating instructions.
  • Design and develop compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
  • Document and present technical results to technical leads, management, and/or customers.
  • Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Demonstrate the skills and abilities to perform moderately complex professional tasks.
  • Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of increasing scope and complexity as assigned.
  • Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.

Skills and Competencies

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Scientific, or an appropriate Engineering discipline
  • 0-5 years’ experience, preferably in the Aerospace Industry
  • Experience with C#
  • Experience developing software in a team-based development environment such as Agile Scrum
  • Familiarity with the following Software Tools: WCF, WPF, XML/XSD, Entity Framework
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented principles (OOP) and software design patterns


  • Active Secret Clearance Required
